Jeanne M. Luper

Jeanne was born in El Paso, Texas and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She attended University of New Mexico and New Mexico State University.  Jeanne began working for Southwest Medical Laboratory as the office manager and public relations representative.  Jeanne used her personal skills and was the assistant to the General Manager on the Charter Team for Saturn of Las Cruces.  Jeanne than began to work as a sales consultant for Glenn Cutter Jewelers and Gallery selling fine jewelry and art.

Jeanne is extremely active in the community.  Jeanne is involved in Optimist International and has served as club President and Zone Lieutenant Governor.  In addition to she was a Charter Member of the Noon Optimist Club.  Jeanne also serves as the Chairman of the Play Reading Committe and Mistress of the Costume Shoppe for the Las Cruces Community Theatre.
