| Sheila was raised in Denver, Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado and New Mexico State University. While attending both schools she was a member of the women’s tennis teams. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a degree in Economics with a Minor in English. Sheila continued her education during a three year study of the Chartered Financial Analyst program of the CFA Institute. She completed the program in September of 2004. In 2005 Sheila became a partner of Spence Asset Management. | ||
